Emily Johnson/ Catalyst seeks a thoughtful and motivated research analyst to advance our Decolonization Rider

The Decolonization Rider Analyst & Strategist will conduct in-depth research on all institutions that Catalyst partners with, including associated or affiliated campuses/departments, as well as any and all entities that sign, or are preparing to sign, Catalyst’s Decolonization Rider. This includes relational research on the lands that the institution is located, knowledge of local Indigenous communities, any special justice-related projects that are being undertaken at the institution, and any Indigenous-led 501(c)(3) organizations that are in the region. The position is also responsible for collating, organizing, analyzing, and advancing the Decolonization Rider Assessment Survey in an ongoing process designed to track the impact of the Rider over time, and for making this information available via written and visual reports. The position will build on the analysis in order to utilize this information to support strategy and fulfill the continued development of the Decolonization Rider, Decolonization Assessment and associated future actions.
